In his role at Tulsa, OK based SageOak Financial, LLC, Tyler enjoys helping clients be good stewards of the financial resources entrusted to them. He does this by developing a personalized strategy for each client, so they can rest easier knowing someone is there to help them make wise financial decisions.
Tyler lives in a suburb of Tulsa, OK with his wife, Laura who works as a Physician Assistant in the Tulsa area and they recently welcomed their newborn son, Noah, into the world.
He and his family are very active in their local church and in his free time, he enjoys golf, exercise, reading, travel, and spending time with friends and family.
He also enjoys writing and speaking on stewardship, giving, saving, spending, investing, and various other personal financial topics to groups of all sizes. His advice has been featured in various local and national media outlets including U.S. News & World Report, Forbes, Yahoo!, and Kiplinger’s.

Prior to starting SageOak, Tyler worked and consulted with financial advisory firms in Florida and California. He also worked in intercollegiate athletics as a college golf and basketball coach prior to completing his MBA.
To stay up to date with the latest developments in the financial planning field, Tyler is actively involved in the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Financial Planning Association (FPA) locally and nationally. He currently serves as the Pro Bono Director for the Tulsa chapter of the FPA.
