2026 Holiday Calendar

This PDF file highlights the days our office will be closed in observance of national holidays, as well as holidays for the stock/bond markets, Charles Schwab, the post office, and federal banking holidays.
We encourage you to review this document and mark these dates in your personal calendars. We will also send regular reminders throughout the year in advance of these dates to help you plan accordingly for any last-minute client service needs or requests.
While our physical office may be closed on these dates, please remember that you can always access your account information securely through our online client portal (contact us if you don’t yet have access to this tool, and we’ll send you a digital invite!).
Updated Operating Hours
With the ongoing goal of providing you with more efficient and personal service, we will be making a minor adjustment to our operating hours.
Effective January 2026, our normal operating hours will be as follows:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
- Previously 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM CST
- No Change
Our aim is to consistently provide the best service and respond promptly to our clients at all times. This often requires regular, focused, and uninterrupted time before and after our client-facing hours.
This dedicated time is utilized for essential tasks, including thoroughly responding to client emails/calls/texts, completing detailed client service requests, preparing for advisory meetings, and engaging in continuous professional development.
We believe this slight adjustment will allow our team to better manage their workloads, reduce response times, and ultimately provide you with a higher level of proactive and thoughtful service.
Additionally, this slight adjustment to our hours will empower our team to operate with greater efficiency, ensuring that when you connect with us during our operating hours, you receive our undivided attention and the highest quality of service you expect from our firm.
