On behalf of everyone at Seasons Financial Group, we are pleased to share with you an exciting development resulting from years of careful planning and deliberation!
As you know, we take great pride in providing you with excellent service. We are committed to professionalism and personal attention above all else. We are vigilant in our search for better market insight, planning ideas, and sage advice in our complex world. We believe that to remain committed to the promises we made to you, we also need to strengthen our own business model to help you and your loved ones achieve your goals now and long into the future.
For all those reasons, we have recently selected SageOak Fiancial, LLC (“SageOak™)” as our newest strategic partner. As you know, we partnered with SageOak™ on October 1st to assist with our back office and compliance needs doing business under SageOak’s RIA “umbrella” while continuing to operate under the Seasons Financial Group brand.
Organizationally speaking, we have also begun taking steps to merge our two operations and look to finalize the merger by the end of this calendar year.
Pending a few remaining legal/compliance steps, on January 1st, 2022 we (Stan and Steve) will be majority owners of the newly merged firm, operating as one legal entity under two separate brand names (i.e. SageOak Financial, LLC doing business as SageOak Financial and Seasons Financial Group). For current clients, unless we hear differently from you in the next 30 days, your account and trust in us will continue after the merger and our newly established majority ownership in SageOak™.
SageOak™ is a fee-only investment advisory firm whose founding principles closely align with our own beliefs and whose expanded service offering also includes tax preparation, holistic financial planning, and concierge wealth management services. The synergies and commonalities between our firms will also allow for the obvious sharing of wisdom and cost efficiencies.
SageOak™ was started in 2013 and is managed by Tyler Gray. Enclosed is a brief bio outlining his personal/professional background and experience. In summary, he is a disciplined professional who we believe will support and enhance our own growing advisory platform.
We want to emphasize there will be NO major changes to the process and manner in which we deliver our services to you. In addition to ourselves, both of our support staff members (Nancie Owsley and Gail Benedict) will continue to serve you and we will all remain vital to your continued success.
